What your purchase includes
A package adds its stated number of credits and 30 days of workspace access. There is no automatic renewal. If access expires, a new package renews the workspace; previously unlocked History remains accessible.
Credit packages apply to the carriers actually connected to the workspace. An inventory connection must supply a matching record before it can appear in a search.
PayPal, card or wallet
Buy a package through an enabled PayPal or card gateway, or use sufficient TrackTake wallet balance. Payment methods depend on the gateway configured for checkout. Credits are added after payment confirmation.
Wallet top-ups add account balance. Choose a package when you want to exchange that balance for tracking credits and workspace access.
