TrackTake brings authorized shipment records into a private workspace. Search a confirmed destination, preview the available route and status, and spend a credit only when you choose a new record to unlock.
1. Search a confirmed destination
Open Find tracking after signing in. Enter a five-digit U.S. destination ZIP code. Your results come from the shipment inventory connected to TrackTake; the ZIP is a filter over that inventory.
Choose UPS, USPS or all available carriers. You can narrow the results by shipment status, origin state and delivery-date range. The date calendar includes both the start and end date.
2. Preview before spending a credit
Search results show the carrier, service, route, status and available shipping or delivery dates. Tracking numbers and detailed events stay private until you unlock the record.
Review the destination carefully. A carrier’s latest scan location can differ from the shipment’s confirmed destination. A missing delivery estimate means that the current snapshot does not include one.
3. Unlock and follow the shipment
Opening a new record costs exactly one credit. The unlocked view shows its tracking number, origin, confirmed destination, dates and available carrier events. The full record is saved to your account’s History.
Reopening your own saved record is free. The snapshot timestamp tells you when the carrier data was last imported. Carrier estimates and statuses can change after that time.
Choose credits or use your wallet
Credit packages are one-time purchases with 30 days of workspace access. Unspent credits remain on your account. A new package renews access when needed, while your saved History remains available.
PayPal and card checkout depend on the enabled gateway. You can also use your TrackTake wallet balance. Credits and wallet top-ups are applied after payment confirmation.
